A selection of Gilbert & George's NEW NORMAL PICTURES were originally on show at White Cube Mason’s Yard in 2021. The exhibition brought together 26 pictures from the series which they had been creating for over two years.
George Crompton, to whom the current exhibition is dedicated, features in five of the NEW NORMAL PICTURES including two of the works currently on show at the Centre NUMBER TWELVE, and CROMPTON STREET – on public view for the first time.
Original illustrated catalogue illustrating the entirety of the NEW NORMAL PICTURES with an essay by writer and novelist Michael Bracewell.
